6. Interior Design Scope Limitations
The Bungalow Cottage provides interior design, decorating, styling, consultation, room planning, sourcing guidance, visual direction, and related design support only within the scope expressly agreed in writing.
The Bungalow Cottage does not provide architectural services, engineering services, structural advice, electrical advice, plumbing advice, construction services, demolition services, contractor services, permit applications, code compliance advice, or licensed trade services.
You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice, contractor review, measurements, site confirmations, permissions, approvals, permits, code compliance checks, installation advice, and trade-specific guidance before commencing any physical work, purchase, installation, alteration, demolition, or construction.
The Bungalow Cottage shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, defect, delay, cost, non-compliance, injury, or issue arising from construction, installation, trade work, contractor work, structural work, electrical work, plumbing work, measurements, site conditions, building conditions, permissions, approvals, or professional advice provided by third parties.
